[英]蒂姆·尼布洛克(Tim Niblock)，教授，国际知名中东问题研究专家。牛津大学学士，布鲁日欧洲学院硕士，英国萨塞克斯大学博士，英国埃克塞特大学荣誉退休教授，陕西师范大学土耳其研究中心荣誉研究员，清华大学国际与地区研究院客座教授，英国埃克塞特大学阿拉伯-伊斯兰文明研究中心创始主任。曾担任欧洲中东学会副会长，英国中东研究学会副会长以及阿拉伯和伊斯兰研究所管理理事会主席等职务。著有The Political Economy of Saudi Arabia; Class and Power in Sudan: The Dynamics of Sudanese Politics, 1898–1985; “Pariah States” and Sanction in the Middle East: Iraq, Libya, Sudan; The Gulf States, Asia and the Indian Ocean: Ensuring the Security of the Sea Lanes; Conflict Resolution and the Creation of a Security Community in the Gulf Region ; 等等。
